What do you think about Huawei Y9 Prime?

so I was going to buy a Samsung A30 but I after I see the Huawei Y9 Prime I changed my decision. But I have 2 problems regarding this.

1) its got pop up a camera in front. So is there any hardware issues with this camera?
2) Is it wise to buy a Huawei mobile phone in this kind of situation that it’s on the edge?
