What does c:\windows\NRAESG.EXE ?

Does anybody know something about NRAESG.EXE which I found in C:\WINDOWS of a Win2003 Server machine? Its size is 16 bytes and there is no information in MS nor in virus sites nor by Google-search about it.
Very curious unknown EXE!
