what does getting an MS after BE(EEE) really mean??

1.exactly what kind of difference does it make?

2.what are the current hot subjects? and the best one can suggest for an elec engineer.(”m mad abt motors n elec stuff)

3.which universities are the beat suited and what kinda gre/toefl score one needs to get a really good university.
