What does RMS mean?

Okay, admittedly this seems like a really simple question. So simple in fact that I’m finding it hard to get an answer. I’m trying to sort through a proposal. Below is what I’m looking at. Can someone please tell me what RMS means as it relates to a server? Is it risk management server? The proposal includes virtual access.
