What home-brew sites help with using older equipment?

What home-brew sites help with older computer equipment? Most seem to be on steroids for power and gaming.

I Have MSI AK74-EC Rev B2 mobo – site does not seem to have the Rev B2 specifically. Need jumper and all specs specific to the B2 version.

I have the following on hand, want to re-use them, might run a mix of linux, freebsd, and windows.

1. add a PCI USB 2.0 card

2. add USB TV Tuner card.

3. use my dell gx240 as gatekeeper?

4. add ATI 7500 agp with dual head to two lcd monitors , one a ultrasharp and the other a planar.
