what is best studying for mcitp exams

hello all, i would like to begin studying for my mcitp. im looking at 2 different options 1) ucertify mcitp software 2)mcitp self paced training kit. anyone who has had anyexperience in using either the software or books, please comment with your experiences, and which you would recommend.
