When you guys interview a potential candidate for a position, what is more important in your mindset? Is it more personality and then skills or more skills first and then personality? Also, what kind of questions do you ask to see how well the potential candidate might fit within your organization?
Yes I have googled interview questions and have pretty much endless list of questions to ask, but I wanted to know from the tech-republic community. Everyday I see the most active members helping out the community (you know who you are) and I wanted to get your feedback.
