What is the administrator for NW ver 5 ?

Someone asking me for help for administering there novell 5, but i can’t find where the netadmin.exe is located. I just wanted to know if netadmin.exe still the network administrator for novell v 5. since i’m novell 4.x user i have no idea if novellchange the administrator program into another filename like syscon.exe in version 3.pls tell me the exact filename of administrator program for novell version 5.
