what is the average temp of a p4 1.8 +

I was wondering what the average safe temp of a p4 1.8, 2.2 is. I have a 1.8 sys and a 2.2 sys they both run at about 104degrees, but under load run at about 125degrees. Is this normal? or should I try additional cooling methods? Thanks.
