What is the best External ISDN Modem

I have a cyber of 20 PCs connected to the internet using an 64k PCI ISDN Modem and I am experiencing a problem of slow connection due to yhis PCI Modem and I would like to replace it with an external ISDN Modem so what is the best ISDN modem to solve my problem .
