I am going to be given am assignment to fix a customer’s PC and it got to be done remotely (Internet connections OK). What is the best way to deal with the situation if the customer is absolutely PC illiterate. Remote Desktop, Remote Assistance, Telnet , VNC etc. would be just useless as these tools require some customer involvement but all my customer knows is just how to turn on his computer and how to open his Browser . Is there ways allowing one to get an access to someone’s computer without the second party being involved, or at least involved at the simplest level ?
