What is the default Remote Desktop Config. through a DLink-601 router?

I am having problems with setting up remote desktop on a server attached to a DLink-601 router. Using port 80 and also tried 3389, I can’t get in remotely. I been over and over the router port settings and firewall settings. I’ve tried logging on with machine name, IP address, and also putting /tsweb/ in the string and still no luck. Changing out the router makes no difference either. I need a fresh point of view as I am getting frustrated and and tired.
