What is the maximum configuration i can upgrade

Hi all,
I am having a hp server model ml350 generation 4. its current configuration is 1 GB ram, 300 GB HDD, 3.0 GHz Cpu.
We need to upgrade the server upto its maximum capacity
It will very greatful for me if somebody could let me know what is the maximum capacity i can upgrade the server
