What is the name of the part where the heatsink attaches to?

A friend of mine’s computer, was restarting itself very shortly after turning on. When I investigated the inside of the computer, the two plastic pieces that is on the motherboard that helps to hold on to the two metal pieces that hold down the heatsink to the processor, where broken. Do you know the name of that piece?
