What IT Conference is worth going to?

I recently spoke with one of my staff and he asked me a question, “What IT Conference is worth going to?” Back in the day, Comdex was a circus, Most Microsoft seminars are “Dog and Pony shows.” I told him Interop and RSA however with a lack of confidence. What would you say would be the conference to attend?
