What Microsoft certification will best compliment my CCNA?

I currnetly work for a major IT company configuring cisco equiptment. I am wondering what Microsoft certification will really make me more rounded looking at the entire scope of things concerning a network? I have a pretty fair undeerstanding of the physical and logical cisco side of things; but when it comes to the user side of the LAN I certyainly can use some help. Thank you.
