What PC is better, the Acer L100 or L320?

Want to buy a new slimline PC, either Acer L100 (AMD Athlon 64 X2 Processor 3800+, clock speed 2 Ghz), or the L320 (Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor E2140, Clock speed 1.6 GHz). Which would be better to buy and why? Any info would be great?
