What Systems Management KPIs do you use?

Does anyone have a list of metrics/KPIs they use currently and could share them?

I am currently trying to develop a way of measuring the ongoing value and efficiency of systems management to a large IT organization. The challenge I have is determining what makes sense to track. Some of the standard stuff such as MTBF and MTTR keep coming up but don’t really address the overall infrastructure or the value to the Business services supported.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
