What to charge clients
When you arrive at a clients place of business or home to do something simple like setting up a new PC and connecting to a network or set up a peer-to-peer with 3 or 4 machines and suddenly something weird happens (like error 624 on W2k) that causes you to go into a major learning curve to correct and get back on track, should you eat this time, or continue your charges as normal?
