I think it would neat to start a discussion that might help people like me who are relatively new to the IT industry about what steps you would take the first week of a new job.

Let’s say you’re hired to be the IT manager of a small company that has stores in 5 or 6 different states but has no basic network infrastructure. What would you do the first week on the job?
