What?s the best configuration when I use the Storage HP EVA.

I need to distribute the disks to receive a database Sql Server 2005 Enterprise Edition. Usually I separate 4 disks in RAID10, with 4 logical partitions to receive (LDF, MDF, Bakup of Logs and Indexes. Using Storage HP EVA, I can use the same concept. The used Operating system is Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition.
