Whats the best Network Attached Storage?

Basically, want to store roaming profiles and some file sharing for 10-30 people. Any good advice or have you seen any good, current reviews of products? I have heard good and bad on Quantum and Maxtor. I want cheap, but reliable(20+ gb). Thanks!
