WHATs WRONG ?

I bought a new system with Win ME pre-installed .AOpen motherboard from authorized dealer.
I installed Norton anti-virus on it which i had got free with PC < original cd >.
When it asked me to restart , i did ….and an error came and a .dll file of norton had replaced a .dll file of the operating system.
Please re-install the Windows Millenium Edition again !!!

NOw even after doing FDISK and formatting ….after restart sometimes a screen is displayed with :

0 32

What is this ? Most of the time…when installation goin to start …the gui part of it …when it says scanning system registry and copying files needed to setup windows . AN ERROR COMES::

Remove any floppy disks from your drive and press any key to restart .PLEASE HELP ME!
