When ever I open my phone’s gallery with the Wi-Fi on, it will show nothing

I have Redmi Note 10 by xiaomi. When ever I open my phones gallery with wi-fi or mobile data ON it will not show any thing or takes too much time to load pictures or videos. what should I do?
