when i power on Ubuntu Ethernet not detecting and after reboot it detected

i am not able to use internet via LAN as it is not detecting after starting the Ubuntu machine and when i restart it then it is detecting the internet. and every time i need to restart the machine to use the internet. anyone suggest any solution.
