when on internet, display becomes garble

We are having a problem with fonts being displayed correctly after were are on the internet.. After a certain time browsing the internet, students computers automatically lose text as if it was being erased. The display becomes garbled like some of the pixels just aren’t showing up..

I can’t locate anything pertaining to this in the knowledgebase or anywhere else.

Has anyone else had this problem, i would appreciate any help you can offer..

the machines are windows 95 B with novell client 3.21 and pentium mmx 200.. They are connected to a Hp Procurve 4000 M
