Where can I obtain a domain name and maintain my Internetsite anonymously

I basically would like to obtain a domain name and have my own Internet site without having my name attached to it. There won’t be much activity, there won’t be any frequent changes, there is nothing indecent or anything like that about the site, I just want to stay anonymous, that’s all.
