I just put in “ALL” of my credit card information to purchase the “TechRepublic” field manual (email dated 28 September 2010) and didn’t get anything other than another purchase screen with available downloads when I clicked what I thought was the final “checkout” button. Where do I go to claim my purchase?
Most importantly, has this happened to anyone when purchasing, and “where” is a link on the site to contact someone for help with these issues?
