Where is NTP in 12.4(15)T9

I recently installed a Cisco 850 in a home office and it works wonderfully but I am unable to find the NTP commands to configure the clock.

It is running 12.4(15)T9. Does anyone know where to find the NTP commands in this version? Cisco command-lookup says there should be a ntp command in global config but there’s not one here.
