Where to get legal CISCO VOIP ring tones?

I am in search for either free public domain ring tones/Music on hold, or paid tones that are legal. I don’t mind if they are in MP3, wave, or raw format.

I have found a couple of archives online of already converter .raw format files. However, they are of copy-written songs, and I cannot use them in an enterprise environment.
Any help would be appreciated.
