Where to go from here?!?

I have been working a Lotus Notes Developer / Administrator for over 10 years. I took a medical leave in 2008 and was out of the business until very recently. I’ve relocated to a city which has a very small Notes footprint. So I am looking at recreating my life path, so to speak. I’ve maintained certification for IBM/Lotus from Version 3 to 6.5 in both Admin/Development.

As I look around, I feel somewhat lost as to what certifications would make me relevant to todays market. I have heard the talks of security and such. I enjoyed doing server networking and dealing with server side maintenance and administration.

What would you suggest from someone restarting and looking for certifications to build upon?
