Where to start on Cisco VOIP-

Hello all in the Tech Republic World. Once again I am seeking guidance from my fellow IT Peers. I am a up and coming Network Admin recently given the responsiblity to put together an Cisco VOIP Network. Where do I start and please give me some tips and pit falls to avoid. Right now all we have is about 10 2950 switches, 2 3560 POE switches, PIX and couple gateway and edge routers. I plan on using Cisco 7960G phones. Thanks again Jerry
