Which hard drive to pick?

I’m building/purchasing a new P4 2.4GHZ 512 cache 533 fsb puter and am still picking drives. The board will support RAID and ATA133. If I have to give up one spec on a hard drive,which one looses me less speed? ATA133 or the 8mb buffer which would be reduced to a 2mb buffer.
WD makes ATA 100 drives with 8mb buffers while Maxtor makes ATA133 with 2mb or 8mb buffers. I’m having a hard time finding a Maxtor smaller than 200gig with the 8mb buffer however.
any help appreciated.
