Which is Better MBA or MS

Hi,
I completed my Engineering form Pune University in electronica and telecommunication and currently working in Software company as software engineer. In my Engineering i presented 3 International Research papers. 10 Nantional Papers, % state level papers and win number of prizes even 1st prize in IIT kharagpur also.

So Which will be better form me….

After working in industry I feel Management is better to provide money ratehr that technical….

But my curriculam says Ik am best in Technical.

So i am best in both so i m in confusion can you plese advise me……
