which os to load on server

just bought a server(entry level) I have license for server standard 2003r2
and server 2008 standard non r2. I’m running 11 work station with
win 7 ultimate. Will not have domain, just a simple workgroup setting. This will be a file server(LIGHT DUTY) REMOTE access and printing
is needed. thanks guys…..emilio
