Which specifications are better?

Hello people,

I have a problem. For my study i need a laptop where i can run adobe cloud on. I recently bought an hp envy with an amd ryzen 7 3700U CPU and a AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 GPU and 16 RAM. I did some testing on this laptop for the gpu and did some searching about it and i am really doubting if the specs of this laptop reguire to abobe. The shop were i bought this laptop has an HP pavillion with an Intel I5 9th generation CPU and a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 and 8RAM. So iam really dounting what i should do. Somebody help me.
