while installing BO XI im facing a problem

while installing BO XI server im getting an error as

ERROR:2908 could not register the component
{54EC1C27-iB41-4A53-8E89-8F8D13E78AB8}

Im not understanding why this error,Can anyone please help me if anybody know the installation process of BO XI(SERVER)

Its very urgent for me.PLZ any points which can help me out in anyway is appreciable.
