Who install big HDD on Pc 486 “Como instalar”

Who install hard disk of capacity 10 Gb an upper on Pc whit proccessor 486, the motherboard is a generation 486 whit BIOS 486.
when I use the disk manager for the disk maxtor was installed but the pc is bloqued in the post
