Who’s settings transfered with FAST?

I am considering using the FAST utility to move a users data between computers. BUT, the computer which i want to move data from has many users configured on it. Does anybody know how the FAST utility works as far as a situation like this goes. Will it transfer the settings for ALL usrs on the machine, or just the currently logged in user? Thanks a lot.
