Why can’t I perform Apple Mail Outlook conversion proficiently?

I was just trying to migrate Apple Mail to Outlook manually. Although I completed the process by getting assistance from my friend, even then I did not obtain the efficient results. Can anyone help me to sort out this export Apple Mail to Outlook procedure issues? Please suggest me any other way that is appropriate to transfer data.
