Why Code Wars Are Good For The Computer Science Dicipline

With photos and videos of all types of college kids participating in Windward’s second code war, a lot of stereotypes were broken.

We’re taking it further now and are involving colleges and universities throughout the nation. Computer science majors from Cornell, Harvey Mudd, MIT, University of Illinois, and Perdue have agreed to participate in the first Windward National Intercollegiate Programming Finals on January 28th.

We believe that by sponsoring this code war, we are opening the window on a fine discipline just a little bit further. Would you agree?
