Why do I get a “Error: Socket Read Failed” – Netbackup?

Hi!

We have a Sharepoint farm that has a Sharepoint server and a database server with SQL Server 2008.
We are using Netbackup version 6.5.3
This is the issue:
1.Attempting to select files to restore: Click “Select For Restore”
2-we receive this error “Error: Socket Read Failed.”

We don?t experience this problem on another farm that is composed by a Sharepoint server and a database server installed on the ***same machine***.
