Why do I get We re sorry, but the page you requested could not be found?

I get an email telling me that someone had replied to a Question that I asked on this site. I click on this link

For some reason, after a long delay, it displays a page saying:
Were sorry, but the page you requested could not be found that is www.techrepublic.com/forum/questions/101-348531-3501241?alertspromo=100901&tag=nl.rCOMBINED.
So I start over and try it again and I get the same result.
I click Log In and go to My Stuff and now I can access the page that was linked but couldn’t be “found”. So, WHAT’S UP?
