Why do my keys not work randomly?

At (seemingly) random the W, Q and windows key started becoming unresponsive when pressed. They all become unresponsive at the same time.

When I press shift, I can sometimes make an unresponsive key respond. But some times nothing will make the key responsive except for waiting. And other times pressing shift will have the keys be unresponsive while not pressing it, they work.

How do I go about fixing this? It makes typing very difficult, and it sometimes stops me from moving in game as well…
