Why is my AdSense not being approved by Google?

I am working on the website in which i am publishing very unique and valuable content and i am getting regular traffic as well. Still when i apply for google adsense it got rejected by google.
I am looking for a suggestion, that what changes or what value should i add in my website parentingaspetcs(dot)com to make it more valuable for the users as well as for adsense approval.
