Why my DLL will unregistered by itself?

i’ve some DLLs written in VB6 installed in my cilents computer. howerver, these DLLs often unregistered by itself. i’m very sure that my client never unregistered them, but what are the other situation that might have unregistered my DLLs without any trace?
