Why say Vista is crap?

We’re setting up a mail server on a network that runs various Mac OS, Server OS and XP with Vista.

Some stations see the server and can access all areas from the C drive, blah, blah.

We need to set up our mail server for us to begin with our e-commerce.

Dell, who supplied the workstation, were referred to us by Windows after discussing how to configure Vista for the email server. Unfortunately the Dell help desk are not sufficently trained to walk our IT technician through the set-up and troubleshooting.

Does anyone have an easy answer, or will we get the same reply from Dell?

Vista is crap, get XP….!
