Why should I migrate AD?

I??ve got a Server 2003 and will be setting up Server 2008 shortly. I??ve got about 30+ users and an Exchange 2007 which will be upgraded to 2010.

Now I??m just wondering about the pros and cons of migrating Active Directory and the pros and cons of a new setup.

Please advice 🙂
