Wi-Max… good or bad ?

Hi

The local providers are just about finished installing a brand new Wi-Max tower near my cottage. As of right now the only option is 56k dial up internet so we are really looking forward to it.

However, I was wondering if anybody has already tried Wi-max and can comment on the performance and stability? How does it compare to a standard ADSL connection?
