Wierd Beeping

A couple of months ago my computer started beeping while booted. It’s a two tone solid beep. Kind of like two long continuous beeps, but not always the same length. I changed my power supply because of random shut downs, and haven’t had a problem with that since, but today it started beeping again. I checked the internal temperatures and the computer isn’t overheating. Any clue what it could be?
